Amanda recently played two netball games in Robertson. She's only in grade 2, so the matches are short and friendly and the coaches switch the positions the kids are playing when it's time to change sides on the court. We had almost a 3 hour gap between Amanda's first and second game, so we went wine tasting. We only managed to visit 2 wine estates, but it was worth it. We hadn't been to them before and we were quite impressed with what we saw. I have an earlier series of fabulous places to visit on the Robertson Wine Route with those links below this post.

Trust me, it's worth it!
The Robertson Wine Route winds its way through 5 towns (Ashton, Montagu, Bonnievale, McGregor, and Robertson) and includes over 50 award-winning wineries, outdoor activities, and more! One of our stops was at the Excelsior Estate. The setting was stunning. We tasted a few of their wines and our favorite that day was the Viognier.
