Britannia Bay, South Africa - Part 8

We drove down Britannia Bay to the other end to do a bit of exploring on our last day. It was early morning and the air was still cool.

Hi! I visited your blog earlier today. Or was it your Pinterest boards? All the best with all your travels. It's great to be able to see the world. I don't think the wanderlust will ever leave me. Enjoy your week!

Beautiful beach, and that hair - I pay a fortune for highlights that look like that.

Hahaha! I've finally reached the age where I need to start hiding the grays with highlights and lowlights. I'm thinking this month, just before my 40th birthday to have it done. It will be my first time! I've never had a facial either and I'm thinking to do that too. Wishing you a fabulous week!

Beautiful. Wish I could be there instead of overlooking a foot of snow in 9-degree temps!
Lovely pictures, I keep saying South Africa is surely on my bucket list :)
Have a wonderful rest of the week!

Tina,

It does my heart good seeing your family so happy.
We need more families like that in the world.

Thank you for the kind comment about the book mentioned on my blog.
It is a great book! I'm glad you were able to spend a moment at the Pageant Wagon website.

That's awesome you were able to pass the book `Mere Christianity` on to an unsaved family member.. I'm curious, did they become a Christian after reading the book?

God Bless!!

I don't know, but I think God was calling him even when he went into a coma many years later and a few days after that, passed away. It was my step-grandpa. I think my son could benefit from reading it. He's now 18 and heading off to university this Friday. (The school year runs from the middle of January to the beginning of December here in South Africa.) God bless!

I read on your post that you've been having a lot of gray days. We're in South Africa, in the wine region, and having summer right now. All the beach photos were taken while staying with my in-laws over Christmas.
