Boulders Beach - Part 2

I introduced Boulders Beach in last week's post. We were there with my mom and step-dad over the 2017 December holiday. Today's photos are mostly of the protected African penguin colony that resides there and a few photos of us along the boardwalk. The little brown animal in one of the photos is a rock rabbit, more commonly known in South Africa as a dassie.

I love all beaches but it seems the boulders would make it harder to walk. Great photos BTW

It's certainly not a beach for walking! It's more about seeing the penguins, enjoying the calm water and exploring around the boulders. The walking part is the boardwalk between the beach location and the penguin colony. :)
I would love to see Penguins in the wild. That is so cool
