There's this cool new restaurant in the beautiful Breede River Valley's wine region where we live. It's called Bosjes Kombuis and it's located near Ceres. I introduced it in last week's post along with the appatisers that we ordered. If you missed it, be sure to check out Part 1.
I forgot to take a photo of the printed menu, so I don't remember the exact names of our dishes. There isn't a menu online that I can reference either. I've included captions with my own descriptions below. The rosé wine, which is produced locally, really complemented the food. It's made from a uniquely South African red wine grape called Pinotage.
