Living in Wine Country - Part 1

Let me introduce myself: I'm Christina Morley, an author and photographer living in this neat corner of the world.

Living in South Africa's beautiful wine country is fascinating. I get to take lots of pictures and show you a side of South Africa that you will probably never see on TV or in magazines.

I'm taking a look back through the year and sharing some of my favorite shots, including ones that I'm sharing for the first time. Today's set of pictures are of the wildlife we see in our garden almost everyday, except for the green moth with touches of red, which found its way on our balcony.

Fantastic photos, and what a beautiful country! I love the birds but I really love the cat interacting with the snail and Peahen! Funny cat!

How cool...I would love to personally see some of the fowl you see.

I love visiting blogs with pictures of things and places I will probably never see.
